Using BriziNotes

BriziNotes turns supported audio, video, podcast links, and transcripts into editable notes. Users may upload files, paste transcripts, or submit supported links for processing.

You are responsible for using BriziNotes in a lawful way and for reviewing generated outputs before relying on, sharing, or publishing them.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your account access.

BriziNotes may use account information such as email address, app settings, import history, usage limits, support messages, and technical information needed to operate the app.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you upload, paste, or submit to BriziNotes. Imported content may include media files, transcript text, titles, source URLs, timestamps, and processing status.

You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use any content you import into BriziNotes.

Acceptable Use

Do not use BriziNotes to violate laws, infringe rights, process content you do not have permission to use, interfere with app operations, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse service limits.

BriziNotes may limit, suspend, or remove access if use of the app creates legal, security, operational, or abuse concerns.

Plans, Billing, Subscriptions, and Usage Limits

BriziNotes may offer free and paid plans with monthly included minute limits. Current prices, included minutes, renewal terms, and available plan options are shown in the app or applicable app store or platform purchase flow before purchase.

Usage resets monthly. Minutes are rounded up per import. Paid subscriptions are managed through the applicable app store or platform subscription flow.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their app store or platform account settings. Plan details, limits, and availability may change as BriziNotes evolves.

Service Changes

BriziNotes may update, change, limit, or discontinue features as the app improves. We may also update these Terms when needed.

Generated notes may contain mistakes and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should review outputs and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
